Notes:  Camp GEMS (Girls in Engineering, Math and Science) is designed for young women entering the 7th or 8th grade in fall 2013. This four-day, residential camp for up to 72 young women will be held July 14-17, 2013 and features hands-on activities in math, science and engineering. The camp is designed for the all-around student, not just those who excel academically. A class ratio of 12 students per teacher is emphasized to encourage interaction. All classes and activities are designed and conducted by faculty of Ohio Northern University (ONU) and camp counselors are female college students majoring in engineering, pharmacy, math or the sciences. All sleeping, eating and instructional activities are located on the ONU campus in Ada, OH.
